Wonder Why I Started This Blog?
Like many of you, I’ve faced balancing a busy life while trying to make healthy choices. I faced severe gut health issues and fought all of them with a bright smile and a lot of courage. While this was not at all easy for me, I have overcome my struggles and learned to have control over my diet and food choices. Over time, I’ve discovered that small, Easy, and sustainable changes can make a big impact on our well-being. I started this blog to share the tips, recipes, and insights that have helped me, in my long journey to choosing health over everything else. In the hopes that they can help you too.
